Here Are Two Methods of Zebra Isopods Care :

The care approach we suggest relies on how the isopods are maintained, so it is necessary to recognize the two different care strategies. When reading the rest of the post, we recommend keeping these concepts in mind. This is just a simple way to describe and distinguish two distinct methods of manufacture.

The bulk of isopods we market are used in the live vivarium food web as harmful agents. (In this case, live vivariums are built for other animal organisms, such as amphibians, reptiles, arachnids, or butterflies, which are often referred to by fans as part of a 'Bioactive Terrarium Cleaning Crew'). In the box is added Isopods & Springtails to support the living world in its prosperity. (We shall discuss this later in greater detail.) We deem them to be secondary occupants while Isopods are held in the way they are.

It has become more popular in recent years to hold Isopods as animals, both in the vivarium and exotic hobbies of animals. In contrast to almost anything but a house plant, Isopods are significantly maintenance low and make a tall, strange pet in a range of different circumstances. When a species of Isopod is kept in an enclosure as an animal or as a "main attraction" we assume it to be the primary occupant.

What Makes Different Each Type?

To find the type of Isopod that is most obvious in a vivarium, it is crucial that you look into this segment, that the environmental conditions play a significant role. Every species is most active in the night generally, but we have found that they are more involved in the evening when conditions are particularly damp, and they have a darker (shadowed) area. It is also likely that they would not come out during the day when an enclosure is particularly dry with no shaded areas to explore for the Isopods.
